If you cannot view web profiles or see search on the LL viewer, then this is nothing to do with missing Quicktime or Flash plugins.

The most likely problem is that your antivirus software is blocking slplugin.exe &/or llceflib_host.exe, both of which are needed to see profiles, search & inworld media.

Make sure that both slplugin.exe & llceflib_host.exe for the LL viewer are whitelisted in your antivirus software.

You will find slplugin.exe inside the root of the viewer install folder & llceflib_host.exe is inside the llplugin folder.
