Voice problems

So it started by after a relog last week, voice would not work

I have tried everything the forums and support websites can offer including uninstalling and reinstalling, using other viewers etc I know what I'm doing

So after fiddling with the volume settings on PC, I got voice working, I could see it working but there was no sound coming out of my headphones or speakers

And YouTube stopped playing videos, when it was working fine

So I had to do a Recovery Restart which restores the PC system without removing any files etc

Now I have a new problem I haven't encountered, whilst YouTube is working fine - Firestorm now has grayed out the options button for voice in preference and the push to talk button
