tier to uninstall and install my sl my inventory folders are empty when i log in,how it get fix

Why are you re-installing your viewer? That won't solve anything.  In fact, doing that over and over again raises the possibility that you will screw up and damage something else.  If you absolutely must re-install a viewer for some reason, be sure to do a clean re-install.

Your inventory is probably fine, but your local cache has been damaged. Follow these instructions for clearing it and forcing the viewer to download a fresh copy from the SL asset servers >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear .  If you keep having this problem repeatedly, then you probably have an unreliable Internet connection, so you are losing packets of information as you log in.  If you have been using a wireless connection, don't.  Use a direct cable or DSL connection instead.  Reboot both your router and your modem and then restart everything.
