how can i download mesh i uploaded, because i did a full format and i don't have the files for it

You can save a mesh from SL as a dae file with most third party viewers, including Firestorm and Singularity. It's a rather messy mesh you get that way though so you have to be prepared for a bit of editing before it's usble again.

Apart from that, sorry, you can't.
