You have a type of ban, but if you have not been sent an email, it is one sort of ban that has been known to happen by mistake. If you are premium, contact LiveChat, otherwise submit a ticket.

Peewee, post that list of freephone numbers again. Remember how a quick call fixed that other person on the other thread within minutes of phoning one of the numbers?

Well I called them and they just told me to clear my cache which didn't do squat. I was able to log on to my account from a different computer and it worked fine, but it does not want to work on my main computer. Any idea what that is all about?

Its because LL has blocked it while trying to block some computer that is supposed to be banned. I don`t know exactly what they block, it is not just the IP because you can change that and it makes no difference. Whatever it is, they can fix it really easily as it took them a couple of minutes to unblock mine when it happened to me.

 

You could try calling back and see if you get a different operator, if they try to fob you off with clear your cache etc. tell them you know its something they have done and not something you can fix.

Hi Scarlett,

 

Try calling one of the free phone numbers in my last post if there is one in your country, its not really their job so they may say something silly like clear your cache, but some people have got lucky and had an operator that knew what they were doing and fixed them.

 

Your other options are LiveChat if you are premium or else go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and submit a ticket.
