THIS 88 BACKGROUND SCENE BOX IS 64 X 64. PLENTY OF SPACE FOR YOUR PRIVATE HOME
PRIM ALLOWANCE IS CALCULATED WITH THE FOLLOWING FORMULA:

1 to 300 prim ~ 1 prim for 2 L
prims exceeding 300 at 1 prim for 2 L up to 300 then 2 prim for 3 L

each box has a 50L rental fee per week ~ plus the agreed prim allowance. Minimum skybox prim rental is 100 prim, for a total of 250 L per week.

Each Tenant will be given sailing rights in the Templeton Cove Region, and will be granted use of the residents boat dock to rez and unrez their boats.
Any boats left on the ground level unattended for more than 1 hour may be returned without notice. If you're interesting in extended boat parking, we do have available boat slips for rent at minimal charge to our existing tenants.

In addition to this kind of skybox, we also have a luxury mansion skybox, a multi scene (88) sky box fully furnished and interactive, and private level space to allow you to rez your own skybox.
