The serious side of me goes, "Depends on the time length in question.  If it happens all in one day, then definitely, charge the creator 10 times in fees and/or remove the product.  If it happens in one week, 5 times the fees.  If it happens in one month, base fee.  After that, doesn't count, since SL is quite capable of borking itself and everything in it."

The less serious side goes, "Doesn't count unless it's a reproducting item!  Besides, SL's default state is borked!!"

If a Product you Create results in more than 2 Region Rollbacks, 100 Community Platform Questions, 50 Support Tickets, 50 Product redelivery Request, 50 Abuse Reports, you should be Billed.

I see a pattern forming here. :smileymad:

LL cannot bill anyone for things they did not agree to pay for.

LL maybe can FINE them.  If they quit SL to avoid the fine, then LL can SUE them, Maybe.

Instead, why not just blacklist the product and warn the creator of any tos violations?  When they continue, then they can be banned along with their IP#s and proxies used.  Only a psychotic script kiddie would keep changing his IP to continue this type of pathetic and doomed behavior.
