I'm going to expand more on what I had up before...

Okay, so I JUST got out of the club business and I am wanting to go into the business of breeding/selling Fennux (soon Fawns).

I'd also like to be one of those regions that people can rent space from and sell their dens as well as hold auctions.

(I already have some land)

I have a rough idea in my mind but would like some assistance on getting it all together.

Here is the business plan as I have it so far...

Business Plan:

Sell Fennux and Fawns Breedables.
Hold Auctions at least once a week.
Have a viewing area for Externalized Pets.
Rent prims to allow others to sell dens.
Find ways to increase traffic.

 

I guess I would need some thoughts on how to setup a region in order to let people sell their dens as well as how to keep it open from month to month.
