It's not my phone support.  We're all SL residents, like you.  Lindens never come to this resident-to-resident Answers area.  I have no idea what "dude that was going around hacking people" you might be remembering, or what "websit" he might have been putting people up on.  If you have forgotten your login info, follow the instructions at https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Password-and-account-information/ta-p/700017 .  It will be hard to recover your account if you remember absolutely nothing about it, so you may do better to just start over with a new account.
