i topped up twice and the money has come out of my bank but its not giving me the linden

LL does never take money from your bank but always uses a party in between, Credit Card company, Paypal or Skrill.

If you try a prepaid or debit card your transaction will most likely fail.

If you read the knowledge base about billing you will find more info.
