you can not go back to your sign up screen.

You have only one chance to enter the birthday.

If you want to make sure it is right you have to send a ticket to support, and be prepared to share your personal info, like passport or driverslicense and the info you entered at sign up.

 

But i doubt this is the reason. Many places close their borders for underage avatars ( under 30 days ) and you are only a few days here. So you only have to be patient a bit before you can enter the, mosly adult, places that use the age restriction.
