No, Freya.  You get the sign-up bonus after 45 days.  You get the stipend every Tuesday,based on your membership status on Monday.  So, if you were a member last Monday, you should have received a L$300 stipend sometime on Tuesday.  If that didn't happen, you can contact Live Chat or you can make a FREE phone call to the Linden Lab business office and TALK to a real person.  (Most of us do talk on telephones these days.  It works like a dream, it's not asynchronous like e-mail, and nobody will rag on you about your rotten typing.)  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:

my skype won't let me talk after updating the version. and international phone calls are quite expensive,

You can reach Live Chat by clicking on HELP at the top of this page and then clicking Live Chat in the right-hand sidebar.

All of the Mainland is a single estate, owned by Governor Linden. You can always see for sure whether you are on the Mainland by opening World >>> Region Details >>> Estate. It will give the estate name as "Mainland". You could also open World >>> Parcel Details >>> General and see that Type: is given as "Mainland/Full Region"
