i bought at The Shops and i lost my money. Someone can help me please?

If you have the transaction history that shows you paid and the transaction went throught, send a copy of it to the merchant and explain what happened.  They should send you the missing items.

the Shops use a horrible,annoying, irrittating user unfriendly shopping hud... you may have lost your money from your account, but it might be waiting in the shopping hud till you buy something.

 

If you buy something at TMP , it's not always physical in your inventory as wearable but has to be loaded in the stylemode hud.
