You can open your Map Inworld and point and click where you want to go, or you can use a Landmark from your Inventory.

Additionally to Knowl's good answers, you can also use search and if you see something you like, click on it and a teleport button will appear in the window.

 

Or even funkier, if you know an SLURL and are using viewer 2, just copy and paste it into the address bar.
