How do I remove this: Spot On Smooth Dancer 1.2 (link) (worn on Center 2) ?

Somehow the spot on got saved to Center 2 and I cannot remove it.    Can this be removed and how.

But when I attempted to delete the item from my inventory, there was no  attach to hud option. I have moved the item so that it is not in my way, but would prefer to remove it altogether. Are there any  other options to delete?

positions are always saved to the last spot.

 

detach

right lick the item in your inventory and choose add to hud ... look for a empty spot in the list

click the item /edit / move it to where you want. It will still attach to the center but at the last spot where you moved it to.
