How do I get a LIFE2 item redelivered if the creator is never online?

Send a polite notecard to the creator and request a re-delivery.

Be aware that they may refuse.  Merchants get requests for "extra" items all the time and it's hard to tell who has an actual problem and who's just trying for a free item.
