I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but I suspect that you want to have a different Linden Home.  That's easy.  You may change Linden Homes up to five times a day if you wish.  All you need to do is stand in your home, pick up all of your stuff, and then open World >> About Land and click the Abandon Land button.  You are then free to request a new home, the same way you requested the first one.

If you had trouble installing an upgrade of your viewer, that too is a simple matter to fix.  A viewer can get damaged during download, especially if you have an unreliable Internet connection or are using wifi (not recommended or supported by Linden Lab).  To remove the damaged copy, do a clean download and installation >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231 .  That will remove all traces of any damaged hidden files rather then writing over them.  Then, use a cable or DSN Internet connection and download a fresh copy to install.

You answered quite well.  Congratulations.

Lindens never come to this resident-to-resident Answers site.  We are all SL residents just like you, so we have no authority to do anything at all to your account.

Linden Lab does not offer refunds.  See the TOS that you agreed to (section 4.4).

If you want privacy, you have a couple of options.  You can set ban lines around your property by using World >>> About Land >>> Access and checking the appropriate box, or you can buy and install a security orb that will block people from entering your parcel.  (Ban lins are rather ugly, so most people prefer to use a security orb of some kind.  There are many options on the market.) You can also use World >>> About Land >>> Options to make it so that anyone outside your parcel cannot see or hear what goes on inside the parcel.

You will find that long time SL residents tend to get relaxed about security on their own land. After all, it is impossible to steal your belongings, and you can set your options (again, in the About Land >>> Options menu) to prevent people from trashing your land with items that they create or bring in.  You always have the power to eject unwanted visitors, and there's little point in worrying about visitors who arrive while you are not logged in.

Finally, of course, you don't need to use your Premium land fee waiver on a Linden Home.  You may apply it to the monthly fees on any 512 sq m parcel that you own on the Mainland.  So, you may abandon your Linden Home, buy another parcel, erect a house of your own liking (including a house that you place 3000 m in the sky, if you wish), set security the way you like it, and still have the price advantage of the Prmium land fee waiver.

Yes, you can get another one the same way that you got the first one. In fact, you can abandon and choose a new Linden Home up to five times a day if you want. There's no extra charge. There's no discount either, of course, because Linden Homes are only available for Premium members. ( I can't get one myself, as a Basic member.) Your membership does indeed renew automatically unless you tell Linden Lab that you want to downgrade to a Basic account (This is spelled out in the TOS, sect 4.3 -- http://www.lindenlab.com/tos#tos4 ). To downgrade, follow the instructions at https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Premium-membership/ta-p/1054477#Section_.7 . In fact, read that entire page. You'll find answers to many other questions that you may not have thought to ask yet.
