Do premium members get discounts when buying land?

As a Premium member, you have a land fee waiver that covers the monthly fees for a 512 sq m parcel of land on the mainland, but you have to own the land first.  You pay the same price as everyone else for buying the land -- whatever the seller is asking (or, in the case of auctioned land, whatever your competitive bid needs to be in order to beat other bids).  (You could use that land fee waiver to rent a Linden Home instead, rather than buying a parcel and building your own home.)

Since only premium members can buy mainland there is no reason to give them a discount.  Basic members cannot buy mainland.  They can only buy entire private regions.
