Fantasy Homes on Blake Sea

I have small villas in a fantasy setting landscape two sims away from the Blake Sea. There is underwater mer area and 5 on land villas overlooking the ruins.

There is also a small airfield for pilots and boat slips.

There is a public movie theater on the water and dinig area to entertain guest and dance.
