I think the youngsters were anticipating the joy of embarrassing us, or at least Mom, who's 89. They were certainly more hell bent on getting her to join in than me. Imagine their surprise when Mom mopped the floor with them. Between the two of us, we scored nearly half the wins out of eight players. We play to win... and know our audience.

Haha - I remember when my kids pulled that game out a few years back, though they acted like they weren't sure if the "older folks" would want to play or approve of it.  My husband and I had a great time with the game and definitely surprised the heck out of the youngsters.

I really wished there were some mods around on the weekends.  With tomorrow being a US holiday, they likely won't be back until Tues.

True - but it does get rid of most of it.  Primarily it will stop the personal messages.

The crazy thing is that this isn't random text. She's actually telling a story about a jerk named Dolli who said mean stuff and got her kicked out of her family (Obsidian Order) and now she really misses them, including her father - Lord Derryth. Now, whether any of it is true is another matter -- but y'all keep acting like this is random text, but it's not. Her story is actually pretty consistent.

I am too. But even her PMs to me are consistent. She might be foreign, or a child, or mentally ill, or some other unknown. But it's not some random word generator she's spitting out.
