I use master debit card to buy linden it keep on saying failed try another payment method

there is nothing wrong with SL here, but you try to add something that's not accepted as payment option.

The knowledge base is pretty clear in that.

You need a CREDIT card, skrill or paypal.

debits and prepaids will generally be declined because they don't have two way payment options, and no rl connection to a person.
