Hello, i don't really understand why, but i can't link my paypal account to my SL account

If you can't use your credit card with PayPal, that's something to discuss with PayPal.  It has nothing to do with SL.  On the other hand, if you are trying to use the card with SL, that has nothing to do with PayPal.  You'll need to register the card as an alternative payment method with SL.

Remember that if you want to use your card as a payment method with SL (not with PayPal), it cannot be a debit card or any sort of prepaid or gift card.  It has to be a real credit card.

if your paypal is verified it shouldn't get declined

Same as your CC ... unless it's just a branded prepaid or debit, only real CC are accepted.

If it doesn't work you should contact support.
