Question

Thank you all for your replies. Looks like you are right Alwin, mine isn't supported anymore. Thank you for taking the time and helping me out.
Monti Messmer it is a computer, everything is built into the monitor. Again thank you for the help. :)

Thank you and yes sorry I found it. It's Intel HD Graphics 2000
It says on my computer it's up to date. I went to Intel and don't see anything that is new for Windows 10, does that mean I can't play anymore because I have played with Window's 10 before a few month's ago.

Alwin, I am sorry, I got your reply but I couldn't figure out how to reply? Smiley Sad I am confused, I went to Intel to download and have the last running version, am I missing something else because I am not very tech savy here and not sure what to do.

I am unable to load the game anymore. I get a box that says

"Firestorm is unable to run because your video card drivers did not install properly, are out of date or unsupported hardware."

I made sure all my drivers are up to date, reinstalled the application and not sure what else to do. I was able to play a few months ago with no issues.

Here's my info on my PC.

Windows 10 PRO
Manufacturer: ASUSeK COMPUTER INC
Model : ASUS All in one PC Series
Processor: Intel(R) Core i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30Hz 3.30 GHz
Installed memory (RAM) 4.00
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Pen and Touch: Touch Support with 2 Touch Points

I am not sure what else to try, can you please help me get it running again?
Thank you,
Marilyn

@Syra01 You should be using the Nvidia card. The 940 is old but should work well enough. The Intel HD 5500 is not so good.

Laptops will try to use HD Graphics to save power. So, make sure you select performance when you set up your Nvidia settings for SL.

I don't see anything wrong with the tech info. The Display settings have been... is just the viewer telling you it's graphics settings have been set to the default for the 940. Once the viewer is running you can go into PREFERENCES and change your graphics settings.

The jagged edges on your avatar happens at low resolution and no Anti-Aliasing (AA). AA uses GPU and drops performance. So, it may be off by default on a 940.

i can fix it finaly, i have windows 7, go to start on your computer, then control panel, then system and security, then device manager, click the plus symbol for display adapters, right click ATI mobility (thats what mine says) then click properties, then choose driver, then choose roll back driver, wait till its done, screen will go black off and on like 3 times, now play firestorm :)
