Whatever skin it is, keep in mind that the person a) used a mesh head, which is (according to the comments on the flickr account) isn't for sale and b) that this picture is probably photoshopped and edited _a lot_.

So whatever skin got used, might look completely different in Second Life, used by you, in different circumstances.
