Question regarding L$ payouts

We're not well suited to telling you if your behaviour is illegal within your (or any other) jurisdiction. You should take responsibility to learn your local laws for yourself - some countries DO prohibit gambling even under skill gaming and you may expose yourself to risk if you don't complete special provisions (e.g. paying tax or... other stuff - again, we have no idea).

That said, there's no issue as far as Second Life itself is concerned. You can extract any L$ in your account, provided it doesn't run afoul of LL's money laundering rules.

If you earn money in Second Life, you can cash it out using a verified PayPal or Skrill account.  You must have made at least one purchase of linden dollars before you may sell them.
