i abandoned my land today, and my billing cycle starts again tomorrow. will the payment go down or

it will change áfter this payment. If you wanted to go it lower now you should have abandoned it a moment before past cycle.

Land payment is always over the past cycle, not the comming one. Even if you owned land for one single minute you will pay for whole month.

You owned it only one day less than your cycle, so will have to pay one more time for that holding.
