switched back to basic need help

you can not just remove your payment info to stop being premium. You agreed to automaticly renew it at the moment you subscribed. You think you switched to basic, but you did certainly not by this action and brought some trouble on yourself.

You should have downgraded before it expired. Now your new subscription started and you are in debt with LL.

You can try to contact support if they can be of any help, but i am not sure they will.

If they don't ánd you don't pay, your account will be locked.
