So today i meet someone and chat with her, to point where got rude, she says she gonna to share chat long with my parter, is that brech of Tos?

Yes it is, and a fairly serious one too. See item #4 among the four Big No-Nos in the Community Standards, which are part of the TOS.  If you have proof that someone has shared chat logs without your permission, you may submit an Abuse Report.  Include the evidence and point to the specific rule that you believe has been violated.

As a protective measure, talk to your partner now, before your partner hears from this person.  There's nothing that deflates an emotional extortionist faster than telling a juicy story and having the other person say, "Oh, yeah.  I knew that. Big deal."
