sim restart by it self

i owned a full sim call ( cindy land) while i was offline the sim restarted about 6 times in 30 mins, i've only have rights to restart the sim. i know its not done by lindons. i notice been happening everyday now its doing 6 times a day, i kept my alt on cindy land a restart came and she was log out any way i can fix this, thanks

of course it's possible the hardware where the sim is on is damaged but better check first if theres nothing rezzed or rezzing what crashes it.

Contact support if it keeps happening, you'r a concierge user so thats priority help.

How do you know it's not being done by Linden Lab?  That sounds like the most obvious explanation.  If they are upgrading or testing the hardware or are replacing server software, they might easily need to restart the region several times.  Did you ask?

It won't be LL restarting it 6 times in 30 minutes.

 

File a support ticket, and they can check the logs for you, even find out if it's anobject causing it to crash out on you.
