can child avies be banned from a moderate sim?

Just wondering, I dj on a Moderate sim, but was told that child avies are not allowed because of content of music.  Lately, I have noticed that themes are Dirty Doctors, Naughty Nurses, or subs, etc, etc.  Is this allowed on a Moderate sim?

if the themes are not explicit sexually it is alowed.

Banning can be for any reason, or no reason at all.

The owner decides, but very wise to keep child avies out in these themes.

What you got told is wrong. You are not a child, you are an adult chosing to represent themself with an avatar that looks like a child. So the music gets heared by you, not by a minor.

No statement in the ToS prohibits child avatars from bein in a Moderate sim. The only thing child avatars are not allowed to participate in, are sexual actions and that is because of some real life laws regarding child pornographie, not because child avatars are to be handled like actual children.

But yes, themes like you mentioned them are without a doubt allowed on Moderate sims. The only difference between Moderate and Adult sims is, that only adult sims allow people to host commercial/public places, that involve sex.

 

However...the decision who gets banned is the decision of the owner of the places you visit. If they deciede they don't feel comfortable with you on the sim, they can ban you because its their place. And this can happen for whatever reason. It might not be fair, it might not be smart, but it sometimes happens. You can only try to educate people and hope for the best.
