The homestead would kinda be like a mini roleplay sim and it would only cost 2,266L$ for over 1,250+ Prims depending on the landscape! You can section yourself off or join in on the fun all up to you! As well as you can pick your own mesh house or have me set one up for you! There will be little to no lag and filled with beautiful beaches , Ice cream shops , Cafes , Movie Theatres , Dance areas , Romantic forests , treehouses , playgrounds for your kidlets and a lovely lush garden with adorable benches to relax in :D IM Me if you're interested!
