That's not Win10 per se. Did you update your graphics card drivers. Try doing it manually. The problems you are talking about deal with rezzing/rendering which are usually either your graphics card drivers or your ISP and connectivity.

If your computer is using an Intel series 4000 graphics chip, you won't be able to upgrade it for 3D rendering compatability with SL.  The manufacturer is not providing appropriate drivers for that chip.  You'll have to revert to Win 8 or whatever you had before.
