I cant add credit card details, as I have credit on my account that I cant process.

Hey there Rosie :)

Ok I am not quite sure what you are trying to ask... But have some questions that may help us answer for you.

Are you using a pre-paid credit/debit card or is it a regular/bank credit debit card? I know that I've seen some threads about people having some problems with the pre-paid cards.

When I added my credit card info, I had to do so before I bought any lindens. Then it just takes a little time (less than 2 hours) for the information to verify and then I was able to purchase lindens with no problems.

Another option would be to set up a paypal account and purchase your lindens through that.
