How are you trying to add Photos to your feed? The only way to do it is directly via the snapshot tool Inworld, choosing "Post to Profile." Sometimes depending on your connection and other variables, a snapshot will not be posted, or "Processed", the best thing to do is take a picture and patiently wait for a system notification to tell you your Snapshot has been posted.
