Game play and download nothing happened or loaded?

ive downloaded second life viewer, but nothing happened or loaded. i went to my downloads folder and right clicked it and clicked run but still nothing happened or loaded. 

any help would be greatly appreciated

well.. it's no game, but that aside...

 

after download you have to install it.

If you'r on windows it will put a icon on your screen.

After clicking/ or double clicking, depending on your settings, a the viewer opens.

At the bottem you see where you have to put your username and password...

that should be it.

When you double click the downloaded file, or right click it and choose Run, a little sign should pop up asking you if you want this program to make changes to this computer (i.e., install the software).  Click Yes.  The program should install and create an icon on your desktop.

When installation is complete, it will ask if you want to "Run Second Life Now?"  Click Yes.  The viewer window should open.  Enter your user name and your password to log in.

If the above does not happen, then maybe...

• You do not have the necessary permissions to install software on your computer.  Use an Administrator account.
• The download file is corrupt or incomplete.  Delete it from your Downloads folder and download the viewer again.  Be sure you are downloading the right version for your operating system (Windows, Mac, or Linux.)
