FULL LAND OWNERSHIP - FULL RIGHTS - NO WEEKLY FEE / TIER FOR PREMIUM MEMBER IF NO OTHER MAINLAND OR LINDEN HOME IS ALREADY OWN (You may use that waiver to pay land fees on 512 sq m instead of having Linden home).

If you go with land instead of a Linden home, the land isn't COMPLETELY free - you need to pay for the land up front but after that the land tier is included in your membership fees. Land in "cool and popular" area it will more up front, just like in RL. Waterfront areas and lots in Bay City are most expensive and after that older regions and sometimes locations on roads, etc.
