Help with Mesh head

Hi everyone. I have so many doubts about mesh heads and i need some help! Theese are the main questions: Can I wear a skin in a mesh head? Can I modify it?

to the first...yes, most will have a applier system so you can add a skin you like but... you will need the same for your body or it will show a ugly neck line.

 

second... most/ some will respond to a few of the sliders in the body tool in the viewer, some do not and are the shape as is.

 

most also have several layers for make up, brows , lips.. and more... so pick carefull
