You can not cancel your premium as long you hold land. So be sure your cancellation is really pending.

Normally the system blocks your downgrade if you onw or donated land.

keep in mind your cancellation doesn't keep you from landfees you already owe to LL, if you had land in the billing period that didn't expire yet, you still will have to pay the full tiers for the amount of sqm you owned or donated.
