my avatar in secondlife is still a loading red cloud

My avatar is still loading from yesterday i cannot attach any  item to the avatar on secondlife can you fix that

It sounds like you're suffering bake-fail in Firestorm (the official SL Viewer makes you a white cloud before your avatar "bakes"). Here's a web page that deals with that...
