Marketplace items dissappearing!?

Hi I am new at this, but I have successfully created a few listings in the past. This morning I was attempting to set up a sale for an entire gatcha collection set and I was able to drop the item via the inword viewer, go to my store and start editing the listing. All was going well until I hit the save on the editing page and then the browser went white,got a message saying the problem has been reported? Then I got errors saying the file was empty and sure enough the entire contents are gone. I had a rare cottage and all the accessories in there now lost. Is there anything I can do? I already restarted the viewer and looked for lost and found, and in objects etc, not seeing anything.

Even if you are not a premium member, you can file a support ticket for MP issues.  I'd do that.
