my voice chat is not working for 4 days. i have tried everything but still same issue.

This is probably a connectivity issue, check your Operating System and Firewall, make sure that SLVoice.exe is capable of running and connecting to the Internet.

First, make sure it is working for the Operating System (Windows, Mac or Linex). 

Try this for Windows:

It can find and solve most problems.

Next, can you talk on Skype?  If it is not working for other programs then the problem is not in SL.

Also, is there a mute switch on your microphone?  Make sure the mic is enabled.

Once all that is out of the way, (you can record and playback sound and use the microphone with other programs) then we will know for sure the problem is in SL.

I have always avoided voice chat completely, so I couldn't tell you whether mine works or not.  I do know, however, that Voice is a flaky service at best. It's managed by software that is almost independent of your viewer and it's influenced by your computer's own audio software and whatever is going on in your mcrophone and headset.  There are way too may things that can go wrong.  Here's a good list to start with >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_voice
