Why report abuse? if nothing ever happens!

that person comes every day in our land and attacks us and his attack restarts the island, we know this because our LagMeter tells us.

Our land stay in main land and ban... he attacks from the neighbors

sl need to give some feedback if indeed our report abuse work and not just send an automatic e-mail saying they will check and never really know if they did something or what they did to the avatar ...

You may try contacting the owner of the sim by going to World > About Land > Covenant and you should see the name of the person to whom the sim belongs. The sim owner can then ban the greifer from ever entering the sim again. If your sim allows you to have ban lines up, then you may ban him yourself if you have bought your own piece of parcel.

When writing an abuse report you need to use the most appropriate category and be as detailed as possible with dates and times and what is happening. The abuse report system does work i can't take all the credit but i have successfully used the system to help get a griefer "banned" from SL 

if this abuse is happening on land you have access to banning people on do it and also ask your neighbours to do the same
