what are the best wasy to get word out about a market place store and what are ways that do not take a lot of linden

Put it in your profile, see if you can get some friends to too

Spend time on making your listings properly so they they rank well in search

If you have an inworld presence place some sort of sign in your store

Provide good customer support, so your customers will be happy to recommend you to others.

There is no way to get word out. 

If you want to sell more, make nicer pictures, use capitalization and punctuation like an adult in your listings, to give the impression you are professional.

Kira, your store has too wide a range of products.  

The clothing appears to consist of fabric textures applied directly to the default/classic avatar body, without any definition or detail, and dated flexi prim skirts.  You just won't be able to sell this sort of thing anymore.  If you don't have photoshop, which seems likely, then you can use a program called Gimp which works in a similar way and is free.  

The footwear seems to be sculpties, which basically went out of circulation about 4 years ago, again with textures applied directly without definition.

You need updated products, better descriptions, with proper grammar and better images.  None of this is going to be exactly cheap, but people's expectations, particularly in fashion, are very high now.  

As your store is currently it looks very 2007 and I doubt that even with very wide knowledge of it that you get many customers. Look at the stores you admire and see what they are doing, in terms of build quality and styling, and see if you can apply those rules to yourself.

Awww.. Kira.. as harsh as Pixie was i'm afraid she is right though.. it wont work.. Look at youtube tutorials, there is designer schools in SL. You can learn making prims, as well as mesh and texturing.. 

As long as you have a passion for it. you will make it.. good luck
