I can't log in, not even into the log in page.

It gives me the hardware then initializing vfs, then nothing. I have tried all viewers, one goes to a crash log. The others nothing.

Give me some advice?  I am computer savvy, and I know its not my end.

It is on your end, but not hardware related.  When you get stalled at Initializing VFS, the problem is usually that you have somehow damaged your viewer.  Download a new copy of the viewer and do a clean install, following these instructions >>>  https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231

Give some thought to how you may have damaged more than one viewer or its data files.  Separate installations of viewers on the same machine do not share folders, but data can easily be corrupted during frequent file transfers between your machine and SL's servers.  Linden Lab recommends using only cable or DSL connections, avoiding wifi, satellite, and dialup.

In addition to what's already been said, if you have Nvidia graphics, make sure that ShadowPlay is not enabled in GeForce Experience.  That will frequently cause a crash during that stage of launch.
