Is there any way to leave a group without the use of a PC?

perhaps it's possible on a android device, with a 3rd party viewer.

No other option i'm affraid. Not even webbased i think, but have to log into the viewer to leave groups.

My suggestion, to avoid getting spammed by pages copied/pasted from the wiki:

 

I don't think it's possible via lumiya, but I would try asking in group chat, if somebody could eject you from the group.

Ask some you trust  to  log into your acount and have them removed you .   Then as soon as possible  change your password.
