why have i been charged 10 a day every day since march 13 for monthly premium

9.95 a day has been taken out of my visa everyday since march to march 30th why would you do this i have removed my credit card because of this. please provide an explanation and refund thank you kindly toni  colon

you have to contact support for that, the forums are all residents and can't see or do anything to your account.

you are premium, so can contact live chat, send in a ticket or if you'r in one of the countries in the list, call billing.

dont wait, and don't remove the card (yet) the system will block your account if it's not able to being billed.
