i cant get y user name

Did you log inworld with the forgotten username? If so, it should be easy to trace this on your computer. When you log in, a folder in that name is created in AppData as below:

Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8

Local Disk C: > Users > Username > AppData > Roaming > SecondLife (or whatever viewer you're using)

I'm not sure on Windows 10 but think it's the same route.

The official way is as stated below and as mentioned in the box, this seems to be what is happening to you, the system is only able to give you the username for the first account created with that email address. Perhaps Support can help if you submit a ticket.

 

What to do if you forget your Second Life username

The username you created during registration is required to login to the Second Life® virtual world. If you forget your username, you can retrieve it:

• From your welcome email
• From the Second Life website

Note: If you forgot which email address you used when you registered, you can find out on the Contact Information page. You must have either your username or email address to recover your account credentials.

Retrieve your name from your welcome email

You provided an email address to register your account. A welcome email containing the Second Life username you created was sent to this address. To locate the email:

1. Log into your email account and search your archives for "second life".

3.  Under Forgot Your Name? enter your email address.
4. Click Forgot Account Name.

Just a thought, would pammytg14 and your alt have common friends in SL who may recall the forgotten name? Another idea, can you recall any groups your alt was a member of? If so, perhaps running down the names of group members may trigger your memory when you see the name appear.

move the main account to another email adress and than request account recovery to send it again, it will work now.

In this case you don't need to reveil your second name to others.

 

As told in the other answer, look in your appdata folder, there are all account names
