Since no one responded to my last post I'm going to try this

I am having problems seeing my friends when they are on line but my list is showing everyone is off line when they are not off line now this has been going on for 3 days now. Can someone help me out here?

Hi Peaches,

This is often a region issue. Try logging into a different region. If that fixes the problem, notify the culprit region's owner. They can request a restart.

Also, be patient here. This is a resident-to-resident forum and there are only a few regulars who respond. Repeatedly posting a question pushes other people's questions off the front page, making it harder for us to help.
