Review process needs improvement

The review process is a pain in the rear. It is limited in ability to sort through the reviews and find reviews that are helpful.

One of the other issues is that I should also be able to review items I sent as gifts. Recently I bought a gift for someone and found out they listed the product as a Bikini Short....Short implied LENGTH...no where did it say shortS with an S as in just the bottom part of the bikini. So imagine my surprise when I find my the person i bought it for as a gift wearing just the bottoms without the top. When I asked, she said all they were was bottoms. So this expensive 1,200L item that said Bikini Short (not shortS) and did not clarify it was the bottoms only required that I pay another 1,200L for the matching top fatpack. That is 2,400L for a BIKINI! Granted they were beautiful mesh bikinis with an awesome color and texture hud to change the designs. But 2,400L worth? especially with the misleading advertising.

I believe as the purchaser of the gift I should have had every right to point out that when I purchased the product as a gift, that I felt mislead and buyers should beware. So perhaps the merchant could actually put a disclaimer in the product that it was for the BOTTOMS ONLY!

stand up... get a deep breath and try again... perhaps it helps calming down.

I really hope you will never ever encounter a bigger issue for 3 or 4 dollars just because there's a letter missing and you don't read the description. Because i am pretty sure it's there.

Also read nothing about you contacting the merchant.... do that first before starting pumping up ...think about your bloodpressure.

Buy the demo and leave your comment there.  I really wish more people would do this in general so the comments would all be in one place rather than scattered across a dozen different versions of the same thing in various colors and bundles.

I understand what you are saying.  It is oddly worded but then not everyone speaks English as their native language.  Bikini implies length all on it's on. Short or shorts either one would still have the same confusion.  Bikini bottom, bikini briefs, bikini panties, even bikini pants would work.  Bikini short(s) just sounds redundant and is not 100% clear.  I would bet the merchant would like to know this.  Try sending them an IM or a note card and POLITELY explain your confusion over the wording.

Several I expect, heres one but not sure the answer given holds much hope.

The answer given by Kurt doesn't hold water.. I have sent several gifts to my wife who also has a legacy last name and neither of us can review it.

Yes the deigners get them flagged and deleted sometimes, they shouldnt be allowed to do that no matter how unfair the review is, they do respond at times to the critic but for that you have to log in and read the comment, the creators reply should be as bold and accessable to viewers as was the review, it be like reditt the format.

Yes. 'doesn't hold water' would have been a good alternative to the first reactions I had as a response to that answer and wish I had thought of that.  (I don't think any of my real ones would have made it through the filters including the ones with any watery content).

Many merchants and I know one of the Big ones that do this, will ask LL to remove a Negative Review, so if you see a product that has all postive reviews be warned. We need a Review system much like How Ebay does theirs.
