Hi Tsubaki,

Fill a support case here...

https://support.secondlife.com/create…

Select "Account Issue" and then "I believe my account has been compromised". Fill in the other details as requested. Be prepared to offer proof that you own the account.

It seems odd that your account would be hacked twice in one day, and that the first time they didn't change your password, but you did. And then shortly thereafter they magically guessed your brand new password, logged in and changed it.

Call me a skeptic, but here's what I think may have happened.

Your friend is not so much a friend, and lied to you about the 2 minute logon make you think you'd been hacked. That same "friend" told you how to change your password, giving you the web address of a phishing site. You entered your old password and new password there. The new password was ignored and your old password was used to gain access to your account, after which the password really was changed, locking you out.

Report this ASAP.
